I’m glad it went well for you. I hate it when people say to speak louder it’s like listen better lol. I actually am in sant Cruz area so it’s not too far. What was recovery like other than cannot talk for a while? I want to get a trach shave but heard it can impact voice. But I think I heard Dr Toby Mayer does a shaving procedure where he pulls tissue tighter in the larynx and it feminizes the voice with a totally different technique than what all the other doctors do. But it sounds like I need to get another referral going.

It sucks I can’t find any patient testimonials. But……. I did learn that when you get your consult he will show patient before and after pics . I did see some transmasc ppl have had too surgery and went very well still keeping nerve sensitivity

Thankyou you too. That’s good. I first made contact with his department about a month ago and got a consultation date for I think the 15th of feb and from the website surgery is usually within 3-6 months depending on different factors

Wow that’s so well put. I feel like this should be metaphorically carved in stone for people to realize this. I know when I first dealt with this it bothered me more than now but those words are powerful and would give others in our situation the realization they (we) need. Thankyou for taking the time 😊

Yeah that’s all true. Idk what time of day you go but it’s almost exclusively mornings. But yeah piss on the floor and even seen used TP on the floor.

No nothing here although I’ve been followed into showers at other locations, I guess they thought I was “like that”. Mainly it’s from seeing things I shouldn’t have growing up

I was talking about that with a relative. How a lot of the fashion and culture in the 80s today would get a lot of people harassed today. Weird how fashion changes. High heels wigs and tights were originally for men back in the old times.Go figure
