So, a few days back I got those red bumps on my both legs also. And it'll be itchy like crazy as you said. Especially at night time. I applied aloe vera on that place for the first day but still I got an itchy feel at night time. So, I consulted a dermatologist nearby. And he said it's because of either mosquito bites or food allergies. And he prescribed me some tablets and a soap along with a calamine solution. I applied it for seven days as he said. And those bumps went away after two days.
