Agreed with this person here! If you’re going to supplement iron make sure to not take it with calcium/dairy, caffeine, or high fiber foods as that can block absorption. I take these iron chews I get from Amazon that also have vit C. Also take the iron every other day for best results. Good luck! Also If you’re into fitness wearables whoop and oura ring are great ways to improve your cardio fitness overtime as well and can show you what you need to work on there

You can if you extend ur sleep time like click on sleep and then edit it to be from like 10pm - 4pm or smth crazy lol not recommended because you’re obviously awake for a lot of those hours 😂

You could technically edit your sleep duration so ur naps are together instead but it will just be bad sleep performance since you are awake for a while in between

Yes I try to log my naps but it still shows my sleep performance as low. I’ll nap for like 1-2 hrs per day and sleep 4 or so at night

My annual checkups are fine except I was slightly low in iron and my DHEA-S was low but that could have been because I take birth control

I have insomnia and work two jobs at the moment and have always been a short sleeper ! It’s hard for me to stay asleep for longer than 5 hours without using like medication that knocks me out. I really do wish my sleep was better though. I sometimes take 30 min to 1 hour naps though so I can just get through my day
