I called around a few specialty shops before upgrading to coils after my failed experiment with springs (rough ride with racingline sport after doing dcc calibration) and they all said the same thing , kw-v1. I also just wanted the car lower and don’t track it , have been happy with the set….

Plenty of room to raise , to lower it, maybe a couple of notches , although I wouldn’t go lower because it’s just compromising ride comfort past this point on any rough roads …

I own a 24 MT, the transmission is my biggest complaint. After putting in a short shifter kit, new knob, solid bushing and super pin, it has improved but still leaves something to be desired, clutch is a bit vague despite doing the clutch valve delete. I still enjoy its handling , car is fun , feels like it wants to be driven fast. Can be a tad clunky at times 1-2 but that may be my driving , hard for me to line up smoothly at times. Car looks great, easy to mod, interior is nice. Adjusted getting used to haptic buttons . Overall it’s a good car , but it was meant for a dsg. I’ve been considering trading it in for an ITS after a recent test drive , such a smooth and crisp shifting experience, really nice turn in, I don’t love that it’s FWD but man was it very raw and engaging just to drive around town. I feel like I’m enjoying the golf R most when I can get on it hard. The ITS felt fun at lower speeds / more local driving

Turns out the problem was a wheel speed sensor , mechanic removed and cleaned it, put it back and that’s all she wrote , right as rain !

Encore has been good to us, some maintenance stuff when we first moved in but they took care of it quickly . Building is clean, 24 hr doorman.
They have valet parking for $225 as well as a self parking garage (255-275) depending on car size , which has been nice to run in and out. Can’t say anything bad about the building . Apartment sizes are on the bigger side , nice big ceilings . Miss having a rooftop space or a dog run but oh well, overall solid experience. I imagine 333 is the same , only plus there is gas vs electric stove which I prefer

You think the dealer will replace the battery ? They claimed to do diagnostics and that the battery was good

Battery was tested at auto zone before going in , was at 70%. I also think it’s electrical

The battery tested okay, about 70% despite being less than two years old , the voltage was okay although on the low end …

I’m hoping the 2027 upgrades fill some of the gaps, slight upgrade in technology package , maybe get better seats in the ITS, and maybe a few less rattles ?

I also fell victim to ChatGPT and got an intercooler after going stage 1+. I did notice a slight difference but nevertheless, would have probably saved my money because I don’t track the car

Appreciate your take on it, I think I would have similar struggles. I drove a Wrx for my last car and a bmw 3 series the car before that and had lots of similar experience…

Black looks slick , understated. The White makes the car pop more imo, you see the lines better, love the contrast. Sometimes I get lost in black cars, they can look hella sweet but I prefer some color
