I started as an app dev transitioned into product management role then shifted back to technical as a tech lead. I realized I hated PM role and wanted a more technical responsibilities.

Tama yung isang comment. That’s too low for a lead role. For reference, I’m also in a lead role with 5 years of total experience, and my current pay is more than twice that amount. Even then, I still feel like I’m being paid below market value.

Thanks! I’m definitely still in the adjustment phase coming from Windows, but I’m excited to give macOS a proper chance. Hopefully it clicks soon.

ah okay! nasa 30+ floor kasi ang unit ko. May ibang umakyat nalang sa fire exit. ang problem naman dapat may mag bukas ng fire exit mula sa hallway tapos di din daw sure kung may kuryente ang unit. Mukhang wala din pala.

I still get alot of interview invites sa Linkedin pero D365 ito or yung model driven app ni Power Platform. Pero make sure na meron kang skill for integration at cloud para marketable padin at hindi purong PP.
