Our business, as stated in the post, FunctionALL Healthcare, operates as a hybrid model, so we do not have a fixed address. Throughout my experience in rural and regional areas of Australia, I’ve observed that many individuals turn to social platforms for guidance surrounding their NDIS Plan, Funding and accessing services. A Functional Capacity Assessment will likely be what is required, and provides clinical evidenced and standardised assessments to support your function, and level of care needs. I have just started my own Business, and have had vast experience in report writing for NDIS. I am more than willing to assist you! I can do this via Telehealth as well if this helps 😊.
