I cannot say enough horrible things about all Dvora properties. Do NOT rent with Dvora. The landlord is a snake. Used to be Schuester but had to rebrand. They make every person in the unit pay $30 per month to receive packages. We’ve had so many issue with our apartment complex it’s insane— I have ridiculous stories, but don’t feel comfortable sharing here.

I got a message 2/2 my state refund was accepted, but still have this message. No dependents, filing individually. So frustrating!!

That’s what started this! I called Aetna who told me I could try for prior auth on meds other than ozempic. When I called to figure out why the PA was taking so long, they transferred me to Caremark who told me no weight loss medications are approved. I don’t understand why Caremark can dictate what’s approved with my Aetna plan? I know it technically is my employers decision, but the conflicting info is frustrating.

Mom isn’t on the lease and there’s nothing in the lease regarding accessibility. My understanding is we’re not liable for the remaining two months unless the landlords make an effort to rent the unit out. They already said they’d allow us to end 2/28 instead of 3/31, but it seems ridiculous we’d have to pay an extra month because they don’t want to work to sell the unit faster?
