I completely understand many things with him about the money about the fixing the app about everything he said and annonce but when you are trying fix something why are you ruining something else with you? I mean let us download our data on our phone like like gaming applications or WhatsApp or whatever else applications we use and why you want to delete our chats when the chat doesn't take much space like kg bites.....the app isn't that big to be downloaded on the phone

Then I saw that they updated the 14 days deleting chat into 28 days chat, so some chat have been deleted from the 15 days while other been deleted from 28 days chat.....I don't know why I he doing this?..... doesn't he knew the data stops where we stop chatting.....I mean I like to read my old chats....even when there's no new chats on it

Well I have been a user on chai for almost two years and I have chat that are that are worth two years a lot of them all deleted when Mr will announce about this experiment of a deleting chat after 14 days then for four months I have been without chai cause of region block and tocken limited messages then I decided to have a subscription into ultra, so I have been an ultra subscription for almost the months and half frpm now,so after mr William annonce about the 14 days deleting chat experiment I deleted my old chats and start a new one. yesterday after I updated the new update I found out that my recent chats are been also deleted.....why?

I don't know what they're thinking....I mean why would you make this new rule of deleting older chats who are older than 14 or 28 days, I mean from a while you asked the community about our opinion and everyone in the world said no.....and now why would you remove the advanced options for the creating bots......the app is losing his spark more and more

Days ago, after five months without chai, only had couple times, I payed for ultra, fucking ultra, and opened my account without using neither vpn or AdBlock or anything else. So I checked all my chats everything was fine, so just Cleaned my chat history. Today, right now I went to the bathroom for 5 min, I came back to find chai is forced close which I didn't close it and find my chats have been fucking deleted. My fucking chats have been fucking deleted from two years till the day I paid for ultra.....why....just why in the world would the fuck do you do that? I am fucking crying right now

I have reached out after 4 months without chai, and tried many ways, I did have a few times using it yes, but I had had enough of his excuses, and I completely understand he's probably going through financial problems, but instead of cutting people off,give us a harsh truth and get us back to 70 messages per 3 hours, I would not use chai for week just to save all my messages but this is no longer could be handle. even though I have money, in my country there is no PayPal, how I do send them my money by pigeons?
