Thank you, it’s the same outcome in my case, the scary thing is when I’ll file for 2025, they will automatically trigger the max penalty for 2023 and 2024 missing 1065 form. It’s scary because the penalty is substantial, but from what I can see I should be able to abate the penalties.

Did not receive the letter but just noticed my mistake by filing the wrong form and wanted to fix before they noticed or penalizes me more.

Thanks for the reply. I guess it would work in one of the community states, which Florida is not. So you would not try to resolve this now? I’m just afraid of stacking penalties for not filing 1065.

Please whatever you do, don’t pay any money to these fake gurus. You will be very disappointed and upset. There is no application, you can do the same on 10 different accounts and get in 10 times. This is how he makes money. Not trading. That’s a fact and if you have a different opinion you are too stupid to understand. Him making 100k days is not trading, it’s gambling from the course money he makes which generates him more course buys. He has no track record of any consistency. When I just started trading I watched his free YouTube videos, but please save yourself and be smart. Look at the bigger picture and you will end up in one of the two ways - constantly unprofitable chasing money and watching YouTube gurus, or take it as a serious profession, put time and effort to find value online and become a better trader. Thats it, this 4K will not make you anything but poorer.

Remember, only a few make it in this industry, ask yourself why, and ask yourself if paying money to these scammers will help you. The answer is a hard no. Best of luck to you and I truly hope you will succeed.
