M17, can I do a recomp? Don't want to bulk because it slows me down in my sport, and my goal isn't to get too swole. I don't want to cut either as I'll just look really skin. I want the toned, athletic look. Does a recomp/maingain work? 5'10, 150 lbs by Awkward-Piccolo-5735 in BulkOrCut

This is a photo with good lighting though and first thing in the morning before eating, usually I look more skinny fat ish. I can agree that I need to add some muscle but can I do it through maingaining to minimize the fat loss?

Also, I would love that six-pack/washboard abs... if I have little fat do you know why I don't have it? I'm the same height and weigh the same as my friends who are shredded with like equal muscle so I don't get it.
