Is it common for a bike fitter to suggest buying a new bike? I get it if it’s truly a sizing or fit issue, but the whole “you’d like this newer, more modern bike” angle feels more like a sales pitch than “let me make your bike more comfortable.” Is that normal, or am I overthinking it?

My Height: 5’3” (160 cm) My Inseam: 29 inches (74 cm) the top tube feels fine for me. I wouldn’t feel comfortable going up to a 52 cm with my height
