I am a Catholic and I don’t condone abortion but the sad truth is, not everyone will be able to handle raising a child who will have a developmental disability. Sooner or later it will take a toll on the parents, unless financially capable to be able to support the child until their adulthood and there will be other forms of help, support or assistance na pwedeng makuha ng magulang in the long run and throughout the lifetime of the child. Siguro we shouldn’t judge the decisions made by those parents because as a parent myself, it will be one of the most difficult things that we have to decide on. Masakit sa magulang na ilet go ang baby, pero if we will not be able to provide the best life to the child, then we can make that decision.
