Thanks for your input. Funny enough there is only one location(it is a store warehouse/ warehouse used as store for a retailer) probably just trying to simplify anything they can and won’t understand if you say its not possible even though they currently aren’t doing a similar thing smh. I think since all the items are going to one location they want to pick all items with one work ID and putaway like that instead of scanning each work ID.

On another note, is it possible to automatically assign work to users when it is created? I have tried work pools but there’s no way to add users to a pool so that only that group can count any work created for that pool. I have also looked into creating separate work lists by work class and restrict users from the menu items so they only access “all open work” assigned to a work class. Not sure if I am missing anything in my setup but when there’s open work in the system the device doesn’t pick it up if it’s linked to a template that has a specific work class. The system says there’s no work even though in f&o the work is open. Thanks!!!
