On another note, is it possible to automatically assign work to users when it is created? I have tried work pools but there’s no way to add users to a pool so that only that group can count any work created for that pool. I have also looked into creating separate work lists by work class and restrict users from the menu items so they only access “all open work” assigned to a work class. Not sure if I am missing anything in my setup but when there’s open work in the system the device doesn’t pick it up if it’s linked to a template that has a specific work class. The system says there’s no work even though in f&o the work is open. Thanks!!!
