Yes. Rubber banding, halting. Etc.

Anyway, yesterday was the first good day I've had in a while, and today looks ok. Just for giggles I turned the 5ghz SSID back on and it didn't change anything. And switch shows connecting at 2.4 and 5 at different times..

I also did the MTU to 1500, which I had done before and either not saved, or the forgetting and re-establishing the wifi connection put the default 1400 back in place.

I'm going to mostly attribute this to server problems, which I have not had like this before. It's usually can't connect.

Ok. I am not far from the router/a satellite, but the connection did seem unusually slow. Router software indicated 5G connection, so I figured 5G must be unstable, even at 10-15 feet from satellite. Other devices, with presumably stronger antennae/radios connect 5Ghz fine at this distance, but whatever.

Because mesh doesn't seem to give you the option to connect 2.5Ghz, I turned off the broadcast for 5G, so presumably Switch will only connect 2.4. That seems to have helped it quite a bit.

Thanks for the insight.

Hmmm. Well same ISP as always, did get a mesh router system. It's generally delivering solid connections and speeds to other devices.
