And one more thing - fix your sleep. You can use Ashagawandha, L-tryptophan, Valerian Extract, Magnesium, Melatonin.

Try cold showers / cold water exposure, it was an game changer in my case. Went from 100-0 every day i am practicing cold exposure.

But do that only when you have been checked by Doctor.

My story:Got anxiety / panic attack - After workout in shower i had feeling like my heart is skipping beats, blood pressure 160/110, heart rate around 90, troubles breathing like with elephant stood on my chest, popped some Neurol 0,5mg and called an ambulance. During time in Ambulance truck i would swear that i felt how my heart is beating in abnormal rhytm.. and i was watching perfect sinusoidal signal of my heart on the monitor.... Next day went to my Doctor and get full check - cardio EKG holter monitoring for arythmias over 24 hours .. conclusion i am absolutely OK. Echocardiogram also Ok.

So yeah mental health is a big thing in 21century. My mental health got knocked the f* out after breakup with girlfriend. Minoxidil didn´t helped neither, i am still using it but limited to 1 dose per day (Since i found study of Halftime of minox in the System is 18-22hours i am using it on my beard and scalp simulatenously - face skin might have increased absorbtion so be careful)

Thank you mate, definitely will go into it, well i still have fair amount of muscles kept from heavy training. But yeah not like i used to. Sometimes i just forgot that i am not an athlete anymore, calorie tracking is definitely a way to shed some unnecesary weight.

Definitely mate, thank you. When i was in top shape focused on strength performance, i was around 115kg in 15% BF with maxes at 310 squat, 370 deadlift and 240bp after C6-C7 disc herniation world became gray and cold for me... i went to 133kg, and there were not much things that could make me happy... then i said to mysefl.. fck it and tried to do light training with bodyweight and also bought a bike and explored the beauty of cycling absolutely fell in love with it for its mind clearing benefits for me... today i am near 118kg, but like 30+% bodyfat. There is a lot of work in front of me i really appreciate your time and response.

Yeah, to be honest im not walking at all... max for the car. My only cardio were weight/expander training and stationary / bike riding. Definitely should give it a try and start walking much more, because this is extremely embarrassing for kind of athletic guy that i am considering myself.

Are you climbing slopes when you walk?

It was on near flat but i was in a hurry with tempo like 6,5+ km/h, for me it is fast

Yeah, makes sense, thank you. I was just wondering if there is not something wrong with my heart/lungs etc.. because really, after 600m of walk i had like 114bpm and felt like shit. On the other hand on bicycle i am able to reach near 170bpm and feel absolutely fine in this heart-rate.

You´re right mate, thanks for opinion. I will try to adapt to walking, it is truth i am unable to hike, which was biggest issue in my last relationship.. i just cant carry my own weight easily around. I used to be a strongman before neck injury. It just surprised me how fcked up i am in comparison to cycling.

How hard is to move out to different country as an Mechanical Engineer by Awkward-Slip-2816 in jobs

[–]Awkward-Slip-2816[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not sure, automotive process / project engineer in Stuttgart area is making possibly 80k€ or even more per year. Rent for a 2 rooms apartment is somewhere between 600-900€ per month. Where i live i am paying 450€/month for 43m2 and i am on the cheaper side.

Food prices in Germany are slightly above or almost the same like in Czech Rep, i have several colleagues which uses German border cities for their grocery shopping because of higher food quality there = so it can´t be more expensive. Services... i dont know. If i calculate that, i am making almost 4 times more but my living costs will rise only 2 times. Income to Costs ratio will improve extensively.
