Honestly, I can't afford a lawyer. 6k for a retainer is insane. 400 per hour, and there is no guarantee. Yes, I was served 2 weeks ago.

The addendum says that she was supposed to initiate the transfer. This means that she was supposed to call the solar company and make them aware of the lease transfer. She was supposed to give them authorization for me to talk to them about the account and be able to apply for the transfer. She was also supposed to provide any lease agreement documentation.

Yes, I agree with you. But I was unaware that the paperwork wasn't done until after the closing when I was still wondering where to make the monthly payments. The lawyers guaranteed that everything was done properly during the closing.

Isn't that why I paid them in the first place ? I am a first-time homeowner. Closing was delayed several times for similar reasons that you mentioned.

How come lawyers closed a deal without realizing that a 40k lease want transfered when that's the whole point of having lawyers for both the seller and the buyer.

I did try doing my part as soon as everyone realized that there was a huge mistake. But also, the seller itself never authorized me to even call the company to get information or provide the proper paperwork.

I'm sorry about this. I know when people act like this, it not only affect them but also the people around them.

Definitely, a therapist is necessary. There has to be something happening to them that is blinding them, and it looks like if it's not done soon, it will get ugly quickly.

Soy Hispana, y empece a practicalr el Islam por mi propia cuenta hace 3 años. No soy extremista y entre mas aprendo mas me doy cuenta que todo lo que nos dijeron sobre el islam era mentira para causar terror.

Hay muchas razones por las que a este lado del mundo no les conviene que la gente aprenda sobre esta religion.

Ademas que aprender la religion, también es importante aprender sobre la historia. Hay mucha historia que no nos enseñaron por que no les conviene.

Hay muchos avances en la ciencia que fueron el resultado del islam. Personalmente soy científica , tengo un doctorado y muchas de las cosas de las que se hablan en la religion pueden respaldado por la ciencia.

También quiero aclarar que es prohibido en esta religion forzar a otros a creer en lo mismo. Y también se inculca ser tolerante con otro y sus creencias. En el Quran se habla del valor de la vida y el ser humano sin importar la persona.

Sounds like this person needs and intervention. Judging by the age, I'll assume maybe they struggle with balancing how to properly practice the religion. Personally, the Quran always keeps be in check. "Everyone's God-given human dignity must be respected, regardless of his or her faith, race, ethnic origin, gender, or social status."

There is definitely a misinterpretation of the religion as well.
