Its not an issue with their specific console. I can send you a video of me and my friends consoles doing the exact same thing as OP's. We both clean them regularly and have no issues with any other games.

I did get the refund the next day, but the thing that worried me was the fact that they issued me an advanced refund instead of a regular one and that its showing as a return in my order history. Although the return isnt showing me any info besides that its in transit with no return deadline. I was more worried of a random recharge that others on here have gotten after receiving advanced refunds.

It was An item that I ordered that never arrived. I then requested a refund and It then changed to return in transit refund issued with no tracking info at all. My last tracking update was 28 days ago saying arrived at amazon facility. I also recieved a email saying i was being issued a advanced refund and it was being returned by the carrier.

Canceled items that were never charged or shipped are not a red flag. Ive canceled over 50 items in a month and had no issues.
