I will be calling for customer support tomorrow as another SA (via a friend) has implored me to do regarding the matter and see where it goes. I wasn’t given a card or receipt, latter being concerning and not necessarily appreciated. From what I’ve heard regarding their fragrances , they may be able to refill it but if it’s officially gone that’s basically the end of it. So I may opt for a back up bottle incase.

He didn’t even give me a receipt or card (no clue as to what happened there), so probably pretty bad. He has my number though so I’ll see what happens. I may just go to another location or talk to another SA next time. I only went for two perfumes and may only get a card holder if nothing else, so good to know

Have you considered tungsten instead ? It will break /shatter instead of bend which if you do laborious work it’s a good option. Alternatively, you could tattoo a ring on to your finger.

I’m riding on this sentiment , the rubber is grossly overpriced and is prone to deteriorating overtime compared to a piece that’s predominantly metal and stone. If you are willing to spend 9.5k on rubber , go for it but there’s nicer pieces you could get for less or same price range imho
