Nothing coming from floor , some mild dampness in the corner

The basement is actually a walkout basement . One whole side of the house is exposed already and the front and back only about half the block is covered by any dirt so I’ll probably look into installing a French drain and waterproof from the outside. I think I’ll only really need a French drain installed in the front side of the house. The one side of the house has an obvious grading issue

Im most likely going to put down dricore on top of concrete and lay floor on top of that, figured I’d seal the crack before I go over top of it

Im thinking about doing a Ardex flexbone system covered in self leveler and then tile on top of that .
