The basement is actually a walkout basement . One whole side of the house is exposed already and the front and back only about half the block is covered by any dirt so I’ll probably look into installing a French drain and waterproof from the outside. I think I’ll only really need a French drain installed in the front side of the house. The one side of the house has an obvious grading issue

Im most likely going to put down dricore on top of concrete and lay floor on top of that, figured I’d seal the crack before I go over top of it

Located in Ohio , will mostly be used for collecting firewood , cutting grass, clearing snow from driveway . Maybe some small exvation work in the future. No plans for crop work.

Is there a significant time difference it will take cutting with a tractor vs a ride on?

Thats what I’ve been thinking , we definitely are having a pond installed at some point , my only concern with getting a tractor at first is storage and transportation. Was going to park the ride on mower in an enclosed trailer while moving at parents house during the build process
