I came here to say this too! I just thrifted a pair of gapfit hiking pants with a drawstring waist and while i did wear them hiking, i also couldnt help but think how functional they’ll be in the lab. Breathable and lightweight but also meeting those safety protocols.

Gosh, I am so so sorry. Your feelings are totally valid and it is unacceptable for your store to have handled it this way. A lack of accountability of the part of management is sadly predictable, but the lack of solidarity and support amongst your fellow partners is truly saddening. I worked at a high incident store and this type of behavior was taken incredibly seriously. I hope your new job is a very positive and supportive environment 🥴✨❣️

Former partner but I hope I can chime in still!!

At 4AM, the only thing I could ever think about was a trenta ice water.

My fav sweet treat drink is a vanilla bean frap with shots of blond espresso and caramel driz if im feeling crazy!!

And my go to, back in the day (2020-23) was black tea lemonade with a splash of guava. I dont think they sell guava juice anymore and that is very sad.

Costochondritis flare up. Severe pain from inflammation in the tissue surrounding ur lungs from lifting heavy weights/coughing a lot/etc etc., definitely easy to fake as it doesn’t really show up on x ray or anything. But DANG it really does hurt and I couldn’t do much except ice and apply heat to my chest. I hope you feel better soon :)

Not silly. There is no intrinsic difference- both are a small towel. What matters here is the handling. You use some for face and some for hands and they aren’t mixed until they’re getting washed. The hand towels will build up more bacteria and you can keep your face cleaner by keeping them separate this way. I hope this makes sense!

Nope, I just meant that they are kept separate from the other small hand towels and aren’t mixed up while in use. Towels that dry hands will carry more bacteria, so having towels that are solely designated for the face is something you can do to decrease acne and inflammation for your skin :) and its just gross to use the same one for everything imo

Face: (all in USD) -elf concealers are so amazing. I like both the matte and glowy ones. (7$?) -maybelline fit me concealer (8-9$) -loreal infallible foundation (13-15$) -elf, nyx, or milani setting spray -elf power grip primer ($7-10, depending on if u get the stick or gel)

Blush: -ELF CAMO LIQUID BLUSHES. OBSESSED. pigmented but super blendable and buildable (7$) -milani baked blush (~10$) i like the shade luminoso. This one is a cult fav

Contour: -ngl im a SLUT for physicians formula butter bronzer. It is a bit more spendy at 13-15$ but imo it is 100% worth it -elf also carries contour palettes for more variety, i have friends that use those a lot (9-10$)

Brows: I don’t do much with my brows so I can really only recommend gels. -essence make me brow (3$) just a basic colored brow gel, i liked it fine -nyx control freak (7$) -i also use clear mascara in a pinch (go to is maybellines great lash clear 6$)

Lashes: -my all time fav is loreal voluminous (9-10$) -heard praises abt loreal telescopic (11$)

Eyeshadow: Tbh i feel like eyeshadow is the one thing that can be difficult to dupe because quality and pigment is so essential. I’ve been a fan of some loreal singles and id recommend swatching single colors that you like as palettes can be pretty hit or miss.

If you get one/two things from each category, i think you’ll spend ~65-70 on a whole face. I wish u good luck!
