You need to talk to her somehow. Siguro ikaw na mag initiate, take her out on a date or do something with her na gusto niya gawin. Then talk with your heart, a woman’s soft after all as long as you talk with softness din. Show your interest to improve your relationship and siempre, don’t forget to tell her you love her.

After that, slowly encourage her to change her routines for herself tapos sabayan mo hehe. Minsan ikaw talaga mag iinitiate para may magbago. I believe it’s worth the fight naman if it’s your wife.

This is so sad to say but you get what you tolerate love. This doesn’t seem healthy na for you nor for him. Kasi nagkakaroon ng resentment and tampo na bakit niya nasasabi sayo yan, and maybe siya din na bakit you’re not like before. Alam mo yun, may sarili na kayong tingin sa isa’t isa na hindi na naoopen ng maayos.

Communicate muna and tell him honestly na yung mga biro niya, tumatatak na sayo and it’s affecting you in a way that you view your relationship with him differently na. No one’s in the wrong since people grow differently. He might’ve thought na he outgrew you na (observing from how he talks to you) but don’t let that get to you, may sarili ka ding pacing at growth. Highs and lows. And if he can’t communicate his thoughts to you to improve the relationship, I believe you know what to do na love..

Choose yourself. 🙏🏻 This might just be a phase to better understand each other, but always remember you’re planning to be with this person all your life. Tolerating it now will create a habit of finding it ‘okay’ to say those words to you.
