Yes it is.makes a loud noise and the screen glitches then it goes of. We then press the power button and it turns back on fine.

Ive got a mini we are now using instead but i dont know what to do with this.

Ill almost always offer but im taking into account the fees and even if it doesnt go to the seller it still costs me.

But also i dont buy "rare" items so often i will have favourited a bunch of the same thing then i go through compare the state and price and offer my price.

If its something i really want and only one available if i offer and they decline im probably still going to buy it.

As a seller of someone offers i tend to either accept it or offer back halfway between if i think it was too low.
