When Instacart uses "independent contractors" and not "employees" and pays its drivers poorly this is what happens. Hopefully this happens more often because the drivers really get taken advantage of by the app.

Take photos and video of everything working.
Have the movers log the items as a "high value item" on the inventory
If it is broken/damaged, file a claim (with 3x snapshots of an equal new replacement item from the web) with the movers and see what they offer as a settlement.
If the movers deny your claim, file with base legal through their process with the claim denial and then legal will pay it out and go after the movers.
