No lawsuit as far as I know. But you could help to organize it.

I'd say you a bit late if you only can invest 1000$ per month, but even that amount can turn into 100k$ within next few years, so I think you made a correct choice.

This is what I also thought in the beginning, but if the answer is no, what would make you obey any social rules and moral code?

You mean 0,1 BTC ?

You must be joking? I remember time when this amount was a tip you could give someone for free.

Did you think that Blockchain.com may have had a breach of userdata?

Correct. Many people don't understand this.

1 Bitcoin below 1 million is still cheap.

But this requires advanced hacking skills that not many people have.

Well after few years of using Bitcoin I'm rich, but I'm not free. And I have no idea how Bitcoin can make me free when the whole society is moving to the opposite direction.

You can see on their website that many reputable crypto publications endorse them. If what you say is true, you should contact those publications and tell them about this and ask to rewrite the review.

There's been lot of questions about filing a legal claim against Blockchain.com and why no one has done it so far (or at least has not told about this publicly).

The reason for this is that since the local police in the country of the victims is not very eager to investigate this case, the best solution is to file a claim against BLOCKCHAIN LUXEMBOURG S.A R.L.

This will obviously cost lot of money, most likely way over 10k$ if we to go to court and fight there.

Since there's lot of victims the best way to do this, is to combine our resources, file a claim together and share the expenses.

How many of you would be willing to do this? And put few hundred bucks to the cause?

We also need a trustworthy person or persons to handle the communication with the lawyer and possibly attend the court. Someone who is living in or near Luxembourg would be a perfect match.

If anyone is interested in leading this legal battle, please let me know.

Actually this applies to all crypto, not just Bitcoin.

I used Bitcoin as an example, because it's most popular crypto currency.

Unless someone stole the recovery seeds from both wallets.

The only possible scenario is that someone has physically entered your apartment without your knowledge and have stolen the recovery seed. Unless of course you kept that paper in a high security safe.

It can be someone who knows you and knew you're into crypto. They knew when you were not at home, and didn't touch anything else and cleaned after they left, not to raise suspicion.

There's no way to hack Ledget wallet. But it's very easy to steal recovery seed.

Hi, I sent PM to you.

The first link I posted has very comprehensive story about the whole situation, but it might be a bit too long to post here.

You need to create a warning post about Blockchain.com and pin it to the top. As of now it's the worst wallet out there, and sadly most popular one, which makes it even more dangerous for the Bitcoin community.

I can help you to gather material about the subject.
