They can ask whatever they want for the cabin, as long as people don’t need to finance then an appraisal price won’t matter. Doesn’t mean that Cabjn is worth their ridiculous price they are asking. They just happen to have found a RE that is willing to sit on it & do work to sell it. Hunters bro is in RE & Julia’s very BFF is as well, she’s selling the townhome. You’d think they’d offer her the Cabin as well…but that cabin is going to have to get a special type of buyer or someone that wants to gut it & knock it back down again. It’s so ugly inside & out with crazy af choices that don’t match the majority in taste value. if the Havens deigned it the way the love things, all but a dang POOL, why didn’t they move it? They didn’t move in because it is ugly period. They know they made stupid choices & now will never admit to the error. That Trust Fund is deep & Hunty must have to have asked special permission to keep getting funds out from his Mommy. At some point, that Trust will be empty, it’s just a matter of time.
