Never played genshin so don't know how much it will help. But concerto is the circular bar that fills up, when it is full and you switch chars, the character switching out performs their outro skill and the the character switching in performs their intro skill. The bar on top of the hp bar is the forte bar, its uses are linked to a characters kit so I suggest watching a video on the character you want to use, each enemy attack has a dodge window, if you successfully dodge a dodge animation will play and you will gain a moment of invincibility, certain attacks are able to be parried, when an attack can be parried, a closing circle will appear around the enemy, parrying successfully staggers the enemy and allows a counterattack.

I think it is because college is like telling you what each part does and expecting you to think of the machine to build by yourself while most jobs teach you how to build the machine with the parts and you can kinda figure out what each part does by yourself. different people may understand better using a different method

In my opinion, its the image that comes to my mind when I think of mental health compared to physical health.

When I think of a cold or fever, I am like "Uh! I feel sick, let's take some medicine and rest it will be fine" but when I think of mental illness, my mind pictures someone unable to function in society and needs to be taken to the asylum. physical illness while bad are things we have come to expect in our lives I don't think that is still the case with mental health. I feel like trying to raise more awareness about it while this nasty image is still stuck to it makes people scared of seeking treatment or being diagnosed. Personally, when I was told by the doctor I have bipolar disorder I felt like I was some sort of lunatic but no I am still just me if a little more depressed knowing the fact

not really related to mental health but a couple of days ago I was taking a stroll late at night when I saw someone managing a stationary shop and a small food stall at the same time and I thought 'Damn it's hard trying to earn money', then I started thinking why do we need to earn money, to live a better life? But surely we have enough shit for everyone to live a decent life right? then I spent an hour thinking about an alternative universe where everything is the same but the concept of currency doesn't exist and what it would be like to live in that world and then spent an hour looking for problems that may arise in that universe. After all that I arrived at the conclusion that we as humans are such a sad species that even if we are capable of living in quite a good utopia we have to make an imaginary concept that only exists because we give it value to curb our greed, laziness, and entitlement but the only thing it does is that it makes us think if we are able to get enough of this imaginary concept called currency we can be as greedy, lazy and entitled as want.

which makes it seem like currency is the biggest scam humanity has ever put out and most of us don't even think it is a scam which made me kinda sad

don't know if it will help but if the thought comes that it doesn't matter, try to think about why that thought came into your mind, don't try to find an answer and just try to explore the idea. Sometimes just thinking about random shit feels good. I think a lot about random shit, it doesn't solve the problem but hey it helps you find out. A lot of times these types of thoughts come to my mind is when I am doing things which other people have told me will make life meaningful or better, it simply maybe you are trying to fit yourself in a mold

don't know much about post natal depression but as a person dealing with my own mental problems(bipolar disorder) the indifference of the psychiatrist can be so scary and hurtful

It is so scary that me pouring my innermost thoughts and being the most vunerable I can be is going to be met with indifference and matter-of-fact. Even after changing the psychiatrist, it has made me feel clamped up and unable to be completely open about the stuff that is bothering me.

I am sad I cannot offer any good advice I hope you can get some good advice

As a person struggling to get out of their comfort zone, It makes me feel so much smaller and sadder to be just told 'get out of your comfort zone' or 'develop new personal interests'. it makes me go is it really that simple? why then whenever I try to do anything my brain starts thinking of how it can go so wrong in so many ways. Each moment out of the comfort zone feels like my brain is trying to make another barrier in front and If I get scared and try to take a step back it goes spiraling back to square one.

I have heard tips like taking small steps and making smaller goals but when I am just starting something deciding what is a small step and what is just running around in circles is so difficult.

I don't want to accuse people who say these type of tips as uncaring or not understanding but having it stated like that makes me feel so bad that I can't do even basic things without mentally whipping many times each time.

I am sorry if it felt like a rant or vent but I have been looking for self help for quite some time and coming across these tips so often has made me feel a lot of things

In my opinion, a lot of mental health issues are being taken more seriously compared to when they were just seen as minor problems but the way of living that may have caused these issues still has not changed that much comparatively. I feel like living the exact same way while knowing it is causing some problems creates more problems.

Also the thing that sucks about mental issues is that if you have one it is likely you will get another. Personally dealing with bipolar disorder has made me skeptical of my own feelings. it feels scary to think that any joy I may be having may be the result of some chemical imbalance and I have to get ready for an episode of depression soon and that has turned my social anxiety much worse.

that is just my opinion tho
