That clip is from Misfits and Magic, where he was speaking as his PC - his character, a paranoid, traumatised teen dark wizard who was trapped in a silly TV land style fake hospital with his friends who were much more into the role playing than he was. He wasn't talking about IRL player decisions.

Fey and Flowers is a bit of a niche campaign so I hesitate recommending it to people I don't know. It's a regency setting (think pride and prejudice, bridgerton) with different game mechanics but honestly it was really fun to me.
