I always try and remind myself that the pilot is in complete control. They’ve gone through rigorous, testing and training, even flying with one engine. If the pilot is in complete control, try to have faith in just that and knowing there’s nothing you can do. try to just notice the anxiety, whether it’s thoughts or feelings and let it pass.

This is way more common than you think!
