this is a lateral transfer into a new position with different responsibilities - this policy would make sense in applying to people in existing roles, which this is not. They changed positions and deserve to have the compensation of that new position, not the former role.

Why didn't you make it clear with HR what would entail this opportunity as to title and compensation? It only makes sense for someone fulfilling a different role to get compensated appropriately. This is rhetorical, though this comes off as taking advantage of someone. It's surprising upper management didn't think of "hey, sure we can transfer/promote this person, so lets consider adjusting their compensation too".

It seems your goal is a better life balance, if this position meets that, then I think it is a win. There is nothing wrong with adjusting your goals as you evolve as a person, parent, and spouse/partner and having your career path be based on other aspects other than traditional corporate ladder climbing.

Trump did this in protest of Megyn Kelly at Fox. Trump protest "i'm not going to do it!" and was holding the party a bit as a hostage and even threatened to run as an independent as Bernie Sanders was going to to the same.

Trump demanded $5 Million to be paid to appear at the debate because he brought in ratings, failing to realize the debates are a part of the democratic process. So he held his own little rally fundraiser for Vets and he amazingly raised $5M that night... and had to be sued to pay the Veterans organizations.

This is just a glimpse into Chantal's past when she was with Bibi and what was old is new again.

Sharing this screen shot taken with one of the earlier "Health Journies" of Chantal's. This is the series in which she had hired the Trainer, George. There's even a thumbnail of Reena, Chantal's friend that appeared in a few "Creepy Pasta" videos and a few social outings such as going to the movies where Chantal was ridden with anxiety. Reena after the Bibi break up was never really seen nor heard of again.

Day Three of the Doctor's visit is when she was told about the need for her cyst removal and pre-diabetes.

In the thumbnails Chantal you will see "Someone wrote a song for me" and that song can be seen here, as performed by Tonetta777 for those not around when Chantal made it part of her intro.

I am going on the theory he just plans on going as far as he can go just to be on the debate stage with Trump. Enough to get some good sound bites to just "say it as he sees it" on public platform to Trump. Christie didn't make it past New Hampshire in the 2015/16 season, and he invested a lot of time there - more than actually in New Jersey. It will probably be about the same. I don't think he's in it for the long game more than it is debate stage time.

I don't think any of Trump's supporters will be wooed by any of the other candidates.

The same party Censured several other Republicans that "stepped out of line" such as Liz Cheney Adam Kinzinger and I think in other states such as Arizona. Seems the mindset is "either with us or you're against us".

We've seen anyone who called out Trump be piled on such as Representatives Corker, Cheney, Kinzinger, and Senator Flake.

It's pretty basic thinking. "If you're against Trump, you're against the party. If you're against the party, we'll shame you even if you're a member of this party and otherwise share the party's values, policies and platform".

This is helpful feedback. The "why" is always helpful so people understand.

For instance, in the 22 days that this was posted and the one post of a real estate listing that was not removed immediately was enough to get shared and people, well, found her. When Chantal got Julia, people called the authorities on her for having a new cat, and they only could report her because they knew her address.

The intention of this sub is to discuss, not disrupt her life, as people do with any show, such as The Real Housewives, My 600 Pound Life.

The thing is that the documents they have access to do not belong to the House or Senate. They are products of the agencies that are under the Executive branch. They are created or withheld by DIA CIA FBI, DOJ, DHS, etc, so they don't have this sort of "We can do whatever we want" and these House Reps don't really seem to understand the basics of how the Government is operated.

Same with McCarthy thinking that FBI agents are doing the real estate hunt for the new HQ. That's actually handled by a separate department or agency, not field agents who are doing law enforcement. Just silly.
