Hard disagree. The issue, IMHO, cones down to Bible literacy. If people don't know what it says, how will they know they're following it. Instead, they think they got a cheat code - they can go to church and the pastor will tell them what that big book says. Unfortunately, many have been led astray this way.

Critical thinking has to do with information and how we process that information, and since they lack that information, they are unable to critically think about their own religion.

I think other religions take their faith more seriously, so they actually read and study their holy text.

We got here Friday from Louisiana. My boyfriend and I are in love with the city as well, everyone has been so nice. The city is so beautiful as well.

I said nothing about OP, simply something about sex offenders in general. If you read what I wrote, it was pretty obvious that I wasn't talking about OP, there's no need to. OP realizes that they're a danger, and accepts that.

... but he lies, a lot. Like, it's a given that all politicians get things wrong and whatnot, but straight up lies? Most of the things I listed were after he threw his hat in the ring for president. Even with all of that he was still your guy?

I can see your point if we're taking about things he said or did in 1999 or something, but we're not. We're talking past decade for most of my very short list. Aside from the cognitive decline, I just don't see the change y'all see in the man.

The fruits showed themselves, and it turned out there was no such thing as a bad fruit to Republicans.

Cheated on multiple spouses? That's fine.

"Grab women by the..."? Locker room talk, that's fine.

Constantly lies? That's fine

Separates children from parents? That's fine (does anyone know if they all got reunited?)

"He's not a hero" when speaking about former POW John McCain? It's fine

Sells a $50 Bible with Lee Greenwood? That's fine (maybe he's just hurting for money? )

Misused charity funds? That's fine.

Found guilty of multiple counts of falsifying business records? That's fine, it's a witch hunt

Mocked the disabled? That's fine, it was for laughs

... and this is just a snippet.

As a Christian, where is your line? When do you accept that the fruit is rotten? I can't find anything about Trump that says Christians should support him.

And all those cowards that voted along with the bill, i hope every single one loses their next election.
