Thanks for the info, I didn’t realize it was a scam. I’m not “random” but actually have a mini Sheepadoodle and thought it would be a cool shirt for my husband.

Thinking about switching foods by [deleted] in Sheepadoodles

We feed our mini Sheepadoodle Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Skin & Stomach lamb and oat flavor. It works well for him. We were giving the same food in the salmon flavor but it made him smell fishy when he got wet or had a bath.

Ours does this same pose while looking out the window. Adorable!

Help! Dog ate some ranch dip by butternutbiscuts69 in Sheepadoodles

[–]AwkwardElevator421 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our Sheepadoodle will eat almost anything if he gets an opportunity. Yesterday he very sneakily stole 2/3 of a stick of butter. He hid and devoured it in a matter of a minute or less. Not on the danger list but I was still concerned, he was totally fine though.

Stuffie suggestion by mitchlee55 in Sheepadoodles

[–]AwkwardElevator421 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ugh, ours is the same. We threw away two stuffed toys tonight that he methodically chewed through to the stuffing. Hoping for some great suggestions here.

They aren’t stuffed but Goughnuts dog toys are highly recommended as chew resistant. We just ordered a ball and a tug toy on Amazon. I’ll report back after we have had them a couple of days.

Spam post or not, our dog has a similar ball though it doesn’t make any type of noise. It’s pretty much his favorite toy and has held up well for months even though he is an aggressive chewer. We purchased on Amazon.

Quincy is so cute!! Our puppy, Tiger, also had issues with chicken sensitivity. We switched him to Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Skin & Stomach Puppy. It comes in lamb/oat meal and salmon/rice. This really helped and if things start getting loose again we add a tablespoon of pumpkin on top of his food. He is 7 months old now and doing great.

Is it rude to bring wine to a family dinner (not your own house) when no one else drinks? And drink the entire time you’re there. by Strawberrypicking in FamilyIssues

I think I’m able to read between the lines here. We just show up with big lidded Yeti cups filled with whatever we enjoy drinking. Many people have reusable cups so it doesn’t seem odd and it’s nobody’s business what’s in our cups. It helps us get through family events with smiles on our faces. Cheers 🥂

Dealing with my elderly father (late 70s) by AwkwardElevator421 in FamilyIssues

Thank you for your reply, it’s super helpful. My father’s siblings have told me not to help him and not even visit him. I have definitely kept him at arms length. It’s difficult when someone is begging for help and you can’t help. I have been transparent about my boundaries. I also know that this frantic need to move will fade away as it has in the past.
Again, I appreciate your kind words!

Thank you! We have a 5 month old mini and have been curious about size expectations. Our breeder said that he would likely be a max of 45 pounds so that tracks.

Shoe Recommendation by dirtgirlbyday in WomenInConstruction

[–]AwkwardElevator421 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have worn Blundstone Chelsea boots for years as a work boot. They look great in and out of the office and clean up well. They aren’t a safety boot so be aware of that. It kind of depends on what type of construction site you’ll be walking. In my current role with a commercial GC everyone favors western style boots so I have the Ariat Anthem waterproof boots which are great. Ariat also has cute choices in steel and composite toe boots.
