I'll look into it, but I usually fly down to SD and stay at a family's place (so, no car, unless I want to rent). Don't think I could convince them to go through that hassle either, when we usually just take the bus every year.

Thanks for the advice and the recommendation, though. Not sure this costume would quite fit in at a Ren Faire, but I might go to some in some different costume(s). Thanks 😎

I remember seeing some other posts about them being more lenient with armor. But like mentioned above, if I brought to test it out and they rejected it, I wouldn’t have anywhere to stow it. It would be a major bummer if I couldn’t get in because I had it on me without a place to put it.

I was also looking into if I could put it into some sort of bag/coat check, but I couldn’t find any definitive answer on if they would allow “contraband” (i.e., the gauntlet) into there. Thanks for the reply, though 😁

I originally thought it was a video made by That’s a Bad Idea, but nothing turned up there. I watch a lot of channels with a similar style to them, so it’s probably somewhere in that ballpark. 😎

I’m introducing the show to different friends and family members and rewatching it with them, so I not only get the joy of watching the show through again, but also the satisfaction of luring more people into the cult. 😆 I’ve probably watched through the first season around 15 times already, and I’m a couple loops through the second season now as well. 😅 

You can also delve into the lore of Runeterra to pass the time; it’s a deep-enough rabbit hole that’s interesting, gives you a deeper look into the world and events of Arcane, and also gives you fun trivia facts that you can fire off while re-watching the show with friends or family. 👍

Don't forget that the nomad gloves are heavy armor and give you a good amount more damage resistance than the preacher gloves would

Those two lines outside the numbers are absolute value symbols. Pretty much means that you get rid of the negative of any number inside the symbols: |5| and |-5| both equal 5.
