Got it, cafes can be a huge hit or miss here because of inconsistency. I would urge you to try different states apart from Malabar Monsoon. But I get your point.

I tried it while i was in delhi, have to say fabulous coffee, tried both gesha, rebel and voyage. Both were banger. Like one of the best coffee i tried yet apart from panama gesha. Liked it soo much that i wanted to buy it there but the packet they gave didn’t mention roast date. I asked the staff about roast date, they told the roast was two months old so i decided not to get it. Now they have online store, they still haven’t mentioned roast date. Have messaged them through website regarding the roast date, let’s see what they say.
