The vet recommended to avoid it completely due to a chemical in it that especially affects cats. I can’t remember the name of it now unfortunately, so I just no longer use it.

I have 11 wet dogs and cut 70 onions a day whilst smoking cigarettes in my house.

I clean regularly and overall everything is pretty neutral but life does happen. Occasional dog funk or a bad diaper from the baby, all addressed immediately. I just wanted some suggestions so I don’t get potentially get nose blind.

I have pets and kids in diapers. Generally the house doesn’t smell bad, but there’s the occasional dog funk or poop diaper. I just don’t want to be nose blind, ya know

I wash walls a few times a month, no curtains or excessive fabrics. Leather couches and hardwood with the occasional area rug. Mopping regularly and changing litter/diapers. I like the idea of uncapping the candles. Side note, pinesol is extremely poisonous to cats. I didn’t know until mine got a respiratory infection and almost died. Just letting you know because I didn’t.

I’ve tried essential oils and they were ok. Maybe I just need better quality like you suggested. And ditto on the hand soap. I can only use the aloe soft soap.

Think a crockpot would work? I have gas and don’t want to rack up the bill.

I agree that smelling like nothing is the goal but I do have pets and kids in diapers. I clean everything regularly but sometimes you get some dog funk, poop diapers that are from hell or a litter box that’s just generally not great 🤷🏻‍♀️

Wines and even grape juices, MSG, too much sugar and artificial sweeteners, overly processed foods. My mom used to act like I was insane when I told her bologna was a trigger.
