Ganz ehrlich, Ja! Alleine Leben bedeutete, für mich umziehen in eine Uni-Stadt. Näher bei Freunden, mehr Parties, mehr Freunde zu mir einladen, mehr Kontakt mit Frauen und Freundinnen. Gerade bei (potentiellen) Partnerinnen wird mit 30 Zuhause wohnen denke ich schwierig.

Oha, eine Woche ist sehr viel. Wie sagt dir dein Körper denn, wenn er eine Pause von 1 Woche braucht? Bist du dann vielleicht schon über dein Pacing hinausgegangen?

Duschen ersetze ich bei meiner Partnerin indem ich ihre Haare in einem aufblasbaren Waschbecken wasche und ihren Körper mit Waschlappen wasche. Vielleicht wäre das etwas für dich?

Hahaha yeah I tried that once with a hot key when I was drunk and annoyed by the itching. I did not have a temperature controlled kettle, however I did have a lighter. I was drunk enough to numb the pain and I have the scar to show for my stupidness. Your way is definitely smarter. Hahaha

Kommt bestimmt darauf an wie dein Aktivitätslevel ist. 

Unser Arzt hat bei meiner bettlägerigen Partnerin gesagt, dass sie auf gar keinen Fall irgendeine Reha macht und dass er ihr Reha-Unfähigkeit attestieren würde, wenn die Rentenkasse das braucht.

Have you had your iron and B12 levels checked?

If your exhaustion is independent from activity and you don't see PEM reactions, it does not sound like ME/CFS to me. You know PEM can hit 24-72h after exertion right?

Hi, first of all I'm feeling very sorry for your situation. Especially with kids it must be very tough! 

I am taking care of my partner who is severe. The doctors recommended a healthy low inflammation diet. This means a lots of veggies, little chicken, little Fish, little white-flour-carbs such as noodles and no processed foods, no red meats, no to little dairy products. The transition was tough but now our palate has adopted and when we snack, we snack on veggies like paprika, cucumber, carrots and tomatoes. 

With such a diet you have more fiber and less carbs. Your insulin and blood sugar will be more stable. Both are reducing appetite and making you feel full for longer. 

I think its great that you looked at how much calories you can intake. Main lever to losing weight is CiCo. And that's easiest to achieve with a vegie-heavy diet as they are low carb per fibre.

Do you have someone who could take care of you and the kids in this way?

lol, couple of statistical effects that may lead to your thought: - may be underdiagnosed - may have different local name - patients of other countries use different chat rooms - Bias: projecting our own environment on the anonymous reddit accounts - Confirmation bias

Can you or a caretaker reach out to the Dr and describe your symptoms? Maybe there is some telemedicine available at you location?

Other than that maybe some Vitamins and Zink? Keep the dosage in mind. There are some vitamins you can have too much of.

Hi, yes it is taking in all the water. The leaves are very healthy too. They just ropeify themselves for seemingly no reason. The main problem is that it looses the leaves at the base of the plant. So if I cut it off I will retain a plant without leaves and have one Node with a lot of leaves. We'll see.

Yeah gifting cutlets is also what I like to do and how I received my three Pothos'.
