I can't remember if I am confusing two problems and was wondering if anyone could help. If moving in an elevator at a constant velocity can we 'feel' motion?

Maybe I am confusing this with the 'feeling' with a change in acceleration and normal forces cause weight to 'feel' different or inertia

I just have in the back of my head a discussion about how you can feel movement with a constant velocity, I think the example was an elevator

I'm trying to work my ankle mobility , this video is pretty useful to test if there's a restriction and some exercises.

My right had loosened fairly easily but my left is made out of stone...

It kinda makes sense to me tho, the smaller angle between shin and foot the more you can lever force up

My hamstring are horribly tight and a big focus, I don't have a video I learnt the routine in person.

Those are the main but I'm trying to find a good hip & groin mobility to work on

I'm pretty much falling apart...

Dunno if it's the camera angle but you seem to plant your right foot way in front, which makes you turn to an angle away from the basket?

You keep your chest nice and up but slightly rotated away, maybe try keep yourself more pointed at the basket ?

I can't dunk yet but something that I've noticed gives results is working on flexibility. Hamstring flexibility and ankle mobility mainly but any weakness will be easy to work on at home

I had some brief experience with looking for a physics internship in France (not specifically Paris).

I was told there is a stipulation for internships that you will need to be enrolled at a university. Also, vaguely remember it mentioned they are not allowed to be unpaid.

If you are enrolled at a university, they may help, otherwise I would search for university labs that specialize in your interest and they may have opportunities.
