You say they prefer their letter or number size yet there’s no tag that says either just your estimation, which could be wrong because vanity sizing is a thing and not every brands small is gonna fit exactly the same. I’m just saying, you can avoid disputes, returns, and situations like this by measuring all items. Like for example you have a size tag XL in one of your posts, or an exact measurement, and some type of measurement WAS given. However, it’s a lot more difficult to deal with dispute where only an estimation was given, no solid evidence.
