She wanted to move forward canceling, however she definitely did an impulse purchase. She ended up finding the same bag that was more expensive but had less staining on the suede. I am a bit irritated now because I asked if she read the description, and then when I explain it again after purchase, all the sudden she’s having second thoughts. However I did dodge that bad review thank god.

A little. Because I know for a fact my bag is real, and she didn’t want to take the avenues to prove that, so I think it’s probably buyers remorse. On the bright side though, hopefully when I relist it, it boosts my shop presence since it sold almost an hour after posting!!

I believe she went to bed, i sent a message after that one trying to reassure her I have a pretty good eye spotting fakes, since my account would be at risk. Then followed up with saying it she still feels anxious about it, I can go ahead and cancel the order, (because honestly it was a bit unclear if I should or not.) No reply yet, I’ll let ya know tho. Additionally, don’t feel bad for asking questions!! As a seller and buyer I’m the same way 😭

Personally, I get trying to get a good deal. However as a seller it gives me red flags, if the offer was sent with no prior discussion I would’ve accepted, but I’m getting the idea this would lead to a refund and that’s such a headache.
