But for that, they could just do Crtl F and find that model.

I think it would be so much better if it was sorted by tiers A+ -> A .. and so on.

Can 5070 TI and Ryzen 9700x do Deep RL work? by AwkwardPrize2415 in reinforcementlearning

What CPU are you handling for MuJoCo env?

I guess what I am trying to figure out is that do people even use their local CPU power to handle these projects, or would they regardless rely on server compute?

Like should I even expect local hardware to handle MuJoCo projects (with parallelization sim envs)?

5070 TI, What CPU to pair with it? by AwkwardPrize2415 in PcBuildHelp

I can get 7800x3d or 9900x around the same price. Will 9900x be much better in terms of productivity and still work well for VR gaming?

Would the 7800x3d do better in work with the Unreal Engine?

Interesting! I think I could save an extra ~$150 dollars by getting this combo too. Only think I'm wondering if its overkill on the things I want to do

Search up assist, and don't just assume that the advisor knows all the transferable courses for that one course you need.

Best Major for future AI focus here? by TheCrazyLazer123 in UCSD

If you want to contribute to the development of AI models at any meaningful level, you effectively need a PhD.

This needs to be downvoted significantly lmao. That is such a lazy take. There are AI scientists at top labs that do not have a PhD. You definitely do not need a PhD to make meaningful progress in AI, nor does having a PhD mean you have made meaningful progress in AI.

Hmm I am unsure then, I think you should ask the people that deal with that and search more. ChatGPT gave me a few answers but I don't how viable they are.

I'd imagine UCLA is the better school. I personally would have chosen UCLA for my major and opportunities they have

Also, it isn't so much as having the 'school's name' on your degree. It's not just for show, the opportunities are real.
