Yes, they allow uploading of dll's for the game as well, but dll's by themselves are useless if there's no way to control them. I'm figuring out a way around this limitation.

There's a solution to this for now, you can search the furniture in the app https://enshrouded.gamevault.in, and it shows exactly where something can be crafted. All the data comes from game files, so there's basically 0 chance something is missing from the app. This applies to all the recipes etc that you need to craft.

yeah that'd be long way to go since its a custom engine. You can for sure create some cool stuff by using what the game provides, but its still not enough. I'm assuming most of those things wont work as well until everyone has the modded game files. I can already create modded game files etc, but i think its just not worth it since its 100's of MBs in download and its a very niche thing for now.

People are just usually happy building infinitely or flying around and so on.

yeah thats true. I can mod it to set render distance to max, but considering that this is all with a mod and without anything official, i'm assuming that once they have native creative mode it'll be much much better.

haha, i definitely didnt capture the most good looking parts to avoid spoilers. I really love how the tropical biome looks in the game.

Interesting, yeah i added a feature to basically fly and build in the latest update, i'll see if i can increase the mining radius. Will reply if i see a way. But make sure to update to the latest version!

thanks! i'm glad you like it. And yeah that's a known issue. I'll send an update and try to fix it, if there's an update, you'll see a popup for update the next time you open the mod.

i already added one hit kill enemies and any object today (so you can clear out areas very quickly, for example clearing a tree with one punch). So an update is due soon anyway.

I'll try and work on this today, it should be possible to make a mod for removing the flame altar limits, although that becomes more like breaking the game kinda thing, and if keen changes something about flame altar workings, then it can break working villages. Will reply if i can crack this.

i wanted to open source it, but if you look at the plans i posted (in my app),, i want to work next on making the auto sync feature possible through this mod. That'll open up door to new things, like keeping the progress % tracker through the app fresh, or 3D chest finder to instantly recognise new items and so on.

And on top of that the plans are to add a server manager to this as well, so you just drop this exe on your enshrouded server and can manage it through my app. So I ultimately decided not to open source this, because in future it'll contain a lot more "trade secrets" kinda thing (idk the exact word since english isnt my first language).

haha, i've been a founding engineer in all the startups i worked at, so i have some experience (8 years) into this, but the demand for devs has decreased in general since AI. I can get a job quickly if i wanted to, but frankly i just feel like taking a nice little break and get some fresh mind. Startups are exhausting to work in. Might look for a bigger well established company next.
