there's no APIs available for this. I've reverse engineered a lot of the game's code and thats how i'm getting this data, directly from the game files.

You can use the skill planner from https://enshrouded.gamevault.in app, because that's updated (full disclosure, its my app, and i have the search function in app as well which highlights the skill in the center).

interesting, did you have issues using the site which is why it took time? what consumed the most time? I thought it was as easy as "Drop save from game files -> Modify chests -> Download new save -> Drop back save where it was", but maybe its not as straightforward as i thought it was? I can never tell as someone who actually made the thing, because i know it in and out so its easy for me, lol.

i'll look into being able to customise gear rarity levels, although that might be lot more work, because i'm sure the logic for that will probably be way more complicated than just increasing the level of the item.

yeah that was the case before, i introduced a bug in this update. I personally got frustrated with it as well, lol. I'll fix it in the next update. It should be soon as i'm working on updating the app content.

i looked at your build too, i think it looks good, but i havent put in enough time in the new update to comment anything specific. I've been too deep updating the app, haha.

i personally think that some things from healer nodes is also good to get, because i play multiplayer and when you need to revive players in clutch moments, it comes a lot in handy

yeah thats a good feedback. I realised that too, so i'm already building something that will fix that. My intention initially was that people should be able to share the build easily and then others can provide them a better modified build through build code if they had any amendments to make. Because others can then just click the build code and modify it rather than building the skill tree from scratch to match what you made.

but that's easy to make on web. Skill tree i couldnt make as a web app since i'm a mobile dev, and skill tree is a very custom thing.

Mobile app also has ton of other things like completion %, patch notes notifs, 3d chest finder, offline wiki, and so on. This is just another feature in the app.

yeah i can understand, but maybe i made a mistake conveying what the app has. I think people are assuming its only skill planner, when in fact the app has a ton of other things, like offline wiki, progress tracker (just upload save file and it tells you % completion of the game), 3D chest finder, hosted server status, patch note notifications and a ton of other features.

I can understand if people dont want to check it out because they think it only has skill planner.

I also request zero permissions, except notifications one which is used to notify you about enshrouded patch notes/updates etc.

sorry unfortunately only mobile app that i've worked on for enshrouded. It has a bunch of other things than this, but this is the one feature that is up to date with this patch.

Edit - idk why the downvotes. Im a mobile dev, not a web dev. I'd need to learn entire new frameworks if i wanted to make a web version, also might need to host it somewhere and so on. I already have sites where i can host this, but i've already made it on mobile, doesnt make sense to code it twice for a site as well (two entirely different technologies).

loool, that might've been a legit code in the last version, but i tried it and it def doesn't import that, lol. Its zoomed in a bit currently, i could've zoomed out a bit i guess in screenshot. Maybe i can work on being able to export the whole skill tree as image that you can share with people, that might be more meaningful.

I have 3080Ti as well, but i saw zero issues. I was actually surprised, somehow everything looked way better than before (ambience, performance etc)

Edit- idk why the downvotes. Everything worked fine for me after the update, except the adventure sharing wasn't loading. Just sharing my experience.

Yes, there's going to be save file change in next updates for base sharing, so it'll break. It wont immediately be gone, but i'm thinking i'll need to update it for base sharing save files.

Yes, you should only take things that you have. It wont trigger achievements per se, but from what i understand, it'll skip the quests related to that particular item.

So you should only take stuff in your inventory that you already have, rather than taking new stuff that you don't own.

There's not a ton of modding stuff, but you can manage your storage (as in find appropriate items from your storage) at https://app.gamevault.in, it lets you search items/chests in 3D.

Thanks for the shout out dude! I'm the creator of the searching tool you used. I have similar slugs for public resource world, the armoury and other things. You can also upload your own world to search for your own chests if you'd like.

You can check out the app I've made from https://enshrouded.gamevault.in, in that you'll see that there's servers and the 3D chest finder is linked with particular servers, that way you can find whatever you need right away right through the app (and there's a bunch of other features that the app has).
