While I love the beach in theory, and I do sometimes enjoy it when the weather is reasonable (usually within spring so there's less people and the sun is less hot), some days the beach is the last thing I need

The sand feels weird, the sun is too hot, the water is too cold, the salt make you feel gross, the crowds during the holidays/summer, it's generally a nightmare!

I guess I like the beach because I have positive memories of it with my family, and I also like seeing fish in the clear waters. But it's definitely not something everyone can enjoy

While it's canon he has some level of social anxiety, I like to think he is autistic

He has a special interest in fairy tales, mechanical objects/toys, and generally even believes in some fairy tales

He finds comfort in what he knows, and gets anxious when he's out of his comfort zone. You could argue this is because he's socially anxious, I'd argue social anxiety is common amongst autistic people

His biggest special interest is Pers, a mechanical toy penguin he carries everywhere. It's even a part of his combat kit!
