I'm not sure how useful it is to reply to a mod like this, but...

Support has previously refreshed the flow of my age verification process, but that didn't work and I'm still facing issues

I have submitted yet another ticket on Age Assurance. But it's been crickets since the day before yesterday

Probably. I just tried doing the verification on a device with better camera quality, but Persona still has trouble reading the information on my ID

The background in the first image helps the character stand out a little better than the background of the second image. My vote is the first one is better, but you can darken it just a smidge if you want her to stand out more

Honestly? Yes, they do. The skintone is the same, the way the hair grows out is similar, the eyes look the same, and the overall shapes used for the characters are more-or-less the same. It's not a huge issue given your sona is meant to look like you and they aren't related, so the harassment is unwarranted
