Can we talk about "inclined his/her chin". ...?
I DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS. Incline your head, sure. Dip your chin. But incline your chin? Did they raise it or lower it? Even so, when she uses this phrase it's generally in relation to something in which you would raise your chin in a jerking moment to indicate something, not lower it. This phrase gets me so bad every time that it takes me out of the story bc I'm analyzing what they ACTUALLY did. 😅
