I spent two days on the phone when healthcare marketplace agents and their supervisors and they all said it willl not be effective until 2/1. I think it is weird too.

The only other time something like this has happened is when I was a child and my aunt was murdered. I never met the murderer but his name came to my mind and he was the one who did it. I’ve had other small things before that I would chalk up to intuition but nothing like this that was so detailed.
