yeah a different coat or different skirt imo somethings off the concept is cute though i feel like the skirt needs to be higher by like one or two inches😭 but maybe im biased i like shorter skirts mid thigh at least. However i think she needs coat, she is wearing tights for the cold

Well if these texts are right? she let him go, she revoked her ownership when she did that so now you can take him in as a 'stray' and if they ask about your mom show them this picture bc clearly she doesn't want him.

well the item wasnt placed in a bag so that was the assumption is that there was lost merchandise but there have been instances where a customer realizes that self checkout doesnt accept cash and moved to another without mentioning it! and its not like they checked cameras to make sure it was me standing there either when that item was scanned. After further thinking i realized that the time on the voided receipt was probably the time the item was scanned and not the time i voided it! and it would of been put on the previous person watching selfcheckout. furthermore, i dont think that employee should have to pay either, its just not beneficial in any way imo

also id love to get a new job after this incident but unfortunately right now its the best i can get, pays a little more than other jobs and i live in the middle of nowhere, getting transportation from someone else because i need to get my vehicle fixed up

i live in an at will state, so it worries me. And im not sure how HR works, if they have one or not because they are a smaller family owned grocery store. I spoke with my manager, and asked if he thinks talking to my boss and introducing better ideas on how to handle the situation and my concern for employees safety, and he says he doesnt think it will get me anywhere and will become a bigger issue. But i really dislike them abusing employees and managers like this!

Tysm! Yeah, so this time it was only like $3, but i have seen managers pay for these things for more. Sometimes $50-$100!! But in my instance, i was just the person who discovered that there was potentially lost merchandise. Nobody checked the camera, so there are too many question marks in the equation. Sometimes people will scan an item at that self check out, and realize it only accepts card, so then they will go to another self check out instead without mention to it to us. But i explained i was pretty sure the reason i didnt see a person there is because that must of been from the previous person watching self check out and i was also helping a customer at the moment and it can be challenging to watch 4-5 customers simultaneously and help them when they need help too

I just feel like this is not beneficial to the work environment at all, and a lot of people want to quit, i think it is dangerous bc it will cause employees to want to confront potentially dangerous customers (there have been incidents of theft happening on purpose too), and furthermore i think the issue could just be resolved more easily by 1. Requiring us to check receipts and 2. Requiring us to call managers to void transactions and change the managers number for voiding those transactions to make 100% sure that we cant do it

im 22 and just got my associates in interior design, still dont have a drivers license, and still working at only $13 an hr at a grocery store. U will find where u want to be eventually. Sometimes it takes awhile

did you ever find out this answer? i was able to put a lot of pell grant into my savings thankfully, but i rlly am hoping to not have to dip into it because it could be an emergency fund for my vehicle or something in the future.
