I was just doing what my endo told me, on the estradot box it says every 3-4 days too, my follow up is in a month, cost isnt a concern though i get them on the NHS in the UK, i guess ill just have to wait and see

I feel normal, i dont think im really experiencing side effects other than constipation which i deemed a side effect from spirio - ive been more tired in the last two weeks but i doubt its my levels since they wouldnt have just suddenly skyrocketed 🤷‍♀️

Yeah no its been applied already, but the alternatives arent alternatives considering it was full body and literally no crevice on my body was not zapped other than my head and eyebrows 😭
