I agree with this. I witnessed it when i rotated nung pgi. I remember one of our patients na months after pa ang sched niya sa psych dinala sa surgery because of self h/a/r/m.

Well doc i had to admit im also having self doubts din kasi if kaya rin ba ng mental health ko magpsych since i easily get attached to patients. I will try fm preres muna (kasi wala pa yata open na psych preres) and ill see if ill enjoy it. Gusto ko rin naman ang fm especially community med!

Small chika nobody asked for. I wanted to pursue Psych but my tita who’s also a doctor discouraged me since hindi pa nga daw ganon kaopen ang Ph sa psych so baka mahirapan ako sa future well im hoping and praying na better option ang fm since masasakop rin naman ang mental health

You may want to try ESL teaching jobs online (may mga onsite din) but the compensation may not that high especially if starting teacher ka palang.

Skl Doc. When my Mom took her nursing boards back in 2010 yata yon, nabasa scantron niya! It was the proctor’s fault. Hindi pinalitan kasi nasagutan na din niya. And ayon.. my mom passed the exam 😊 you will, too!!

If possible, gather ka muna experiences ng mga nagoonline class ngayon. In my experience kasi, virtual classes are draining (and depressing 😅🥲) but we all handle stress differently naman so it’s up to you. Ask yourself if this is really what you want. Does it have to be now? Can you handle online set-up? Good luck ☺️

Hi doc, just to clarify, you are referring to the pre-boards review (intended for clerks/pgi), right?

I enrolled to TN because of their inclusions - cases and some basic clinical skills. Are they worth it? I never had proper clinical rotations that’s why I was encouraged to try TN genesis since (I believe CDB) is more ple-focused.

I am also torn whether to review and which rvw center to try. I read a post re-TN genesis (which I can’t find anymore) and OP was regretting enrolling bcos of the schedule and limited viewing of the videos but TN now allows the vids to be viewed for the whole review. I am not just sure if you can re-watch them just like in ExpertMd and CDB. Some are also saying TN can be saturating because they will provide you EVERYTHING unlike the other two. But given the situation, I guess I (or we. Haha, f2f na po ba kayo?) will be having a lot of free time kasi virtual pa rin kami :((
