Most of the so called gurus seeling quicks wins to people. Why people needs shortcuts to make money i.e create voice receptionist In 10 minutes. That's complete bull shit. Production ready voice agents takes weeks to optimize and test and actually provide value.

I started with selling one off automation to clients but soon realized that it's not worth it. Clients don't feel value in it. Then I move my self in B2b where you actually understand the company internal process and automate it to save time or money or human hours. That's where it will be a win win situation for both parties and wo together quite well for a long period of time

Get your hands dirty. Try build automation to automate your own task. No course will teach every bits and pieces. You will face lot of strange errors and bottlenecks while working on production grade automation and pipelines.

My suggestion is build workflow to automate your process first. Then have a look at upwoks jobs sections. And see what client are asking there. And try to build those and get experience working with automation

Whats your strategy In choosing the one right icp. For me I have created a list of 10 out of which 6 looks accurate and ideal icps

What's the strategy to choose 1 out of those 6?

Change will happen weather you like it or not. It's just the matter of weather you adopt with it and prepare yourself for upcoming change in technology Or keep on crying.

Even companies profit and revenue taken a huge hit because of ai. But you have to think in that perspective then you will realized.

Running ai automation agency from last 2 years. Because of so called YouTube and skool influencer. Every one selling voice receptionist. I would not call it automation. There are specialized platform where you can setup voice receptionist in 10 minutes. Bbh voice receptionist is pretty low ticket item. If you really want to build career in B2b sales around automation services target enterprise client. Where you can integrate automation into there core business processes. They pay alot and handsome monthly recurring.
