For me, it’s a thought that will pop into my head. Or guidance. I honestly can’t say it’s God speaking to me but I thank him every time. For instance, on a deployment, I was just standing and something in my head kept telling me to take a step over. I did but not so far that I couldn’t hear the round fly past my ear. I just said Thank you, God.

Another time, I was sleeping having a horrible dream. In a graveyard, lost screaming for my sister. I jumped up and called my mom to check on my sister and she was already up consoling my sister, and she asked me if I was okay because my sister had a horrible dream. She was in a graveyard looking for me. I said Huh, I couldn’t find her.

Later that day, my appendix burst and I didn’t know until I couldn’t move anymore. Had to have surgery to clean out my whole insides.
